Hero or Zero: What Do You Think of Leftovers?

To me, leftovers are a gift.

I love the idea of getting a second delicious meal without having to do very much more work. We generally cook in a healthy way so leftovers help us avoid lunching on cold cut sandwiches, fast food and other waist-expanding meals. Finally, many dishes, like soups, stews, stuffed cabbage and others often taste better after cooling down and spending a night in the refrigerator.

So, I love ’em but what’s your opinion?
